Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O SCM Consultant to join our team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing D365 F&O SCM solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O SCM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide expertise in areas such as Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and related SCM modules.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 F&O SCM functionalities.
• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O SCM features and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
• Proven track record of successful D365 F&O SCM implementations.
• Strong understanding of SCM processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Cary, NC.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multiple D365 F&O SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse).
• Familiarity with integration, data migration, and reporting within D365 F&O.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 SCM are a plus.
