Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will support the development of feasible end-to-end supply plans to ensure uninterrupted product supply across the client Manufacturing Network.
This role analyzes demand and supply requirements, identifies and manages constraints (e.g., capacity, raw materials, non-commercial activities), and develops scenarios to enable the best supply plan for a growing portfolio.
You will partner closely with Global Network Planning leadership and connect key stakeholders across site operations, Global Supply Chain, and Regional Supply Chain teams.

OR - Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
OR - High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

- Analyze, consolidate, report, and track demand, supply plans, inventory projections, and key performance indicators
- Develop and compare scenarios to recommend the best supply plan
- Support long-range planning inputs and manage capacity constraints and trade-offs
- Drive alignment across cross-functional partners
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent Global Network Planning on cross-functional teams and projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the planning cycle cadence by collecting inputs, validating assumptions, reconciling gaps, and publishing updated supply and inventory views
- Build and refresh scenario analyses to test supply plans against constraints
- Prepare leadership-ready summaries highlighting KPIs, risks, and decisions
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to resolve constraints
- Monitor risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Support continuous improvement, reporting standardization, and automation
