Job Title: Customer Service Rep: IV (Lead) / Team Member Fund Assistant
Duration: 3 months, possibility of extension
Location: Brentwood, TN 37027
Schedule: Hybrid (8am-5pm local CST time)

Job Description:

This is a Team Member facing role with working hours between 8am-5pm local CST time.

• The candidate will handle answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with Team Member Assistance Fund Requests for Team Members who are experiencing financial hardships for a multitude of different reasons, such as:
  1. Natural Disaster such as wildfire, hurricane, flood, tornado, or earthquake.
  2. Serious Illness or Injury of the Team Member, spouse, domestic partner and/or eligible dependent(s)*.
  3. Death of the Team Member, spouse, domestic partner, and/or eligible dependent(s)*.
  4. Catastrophic or Extreme Circumstances such as fire, home damage, robbery, arson, assault, or domestic abuse.
  5. Housing Instability of a Team Member and eligible dependent(s) who is facing eviction or foreclosure or experiencing homelessness.
• The candidate will also assist with application in-take. They will be responsible for recording the Team Member’s information on an Excel spreadsheet, sending emails confirming receipt of the Team Member’s application, and managing follow-ups.
