Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Partner with UX Leads, Technical Product Management, Strategy, and Engineering to understand product requirements and turn them into stunning, high-quality, user experiences
- Collaborate with other designers, user researchers, business analysts, and software engineers to enable the design process, inspire productive dialog, participate.
- Collaborate in concept development and design ideation for new product features. Produce design deliverables including user flows, sketches at various levels of fidelity, wireframes, journey maps, document results of design related meetings, and annotate and document design deliverables.
- Strong online, or distributable, portfolio/work samples required. Skills In order to qualify for and be successful in this role,
- Strong visual design skills is a major skill requirement for this role.
- Being able to think outside of what is expected will go a long way.
- Proven skills in interaction design and user experience principles with a minimum 3 years of professional design experience, including user experience design of enterprise applications.
- Mobile experience is a strong plus.
- Experience working with a developing design systems and reusable patterns and components is also a big plus.
- Experience working closely with product and technology organizations.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review the results of user research.
- Possess an understanding of what is reasonably possible to achieve within the boundaries of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience employing user experience practices in the of Agile/Lean methodologies preferred
