B.S. 7 YOE of Instructional Designer experience. Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
 
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Instructional Designer to join our team for a complex project. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials. Your mission is to create engaging content that meets learning objectives, enhancing staff comprehension, compliance, and inspection readiness through corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will work closely with training content experts and other instructional design team members to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate virtually with subject matter experts to create simplified instructional materials for online courses focused on Quality Management System (QMS)
• Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements that enrich the learning experience.
• Ensure alignment of instructional content with learning objectives, design principles, and best practices for effective online learning.
• Manage timelines and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including project managers, through meetings and one-on-one discussions to achieve project goals.
• Work effectively within a team of instructional designers on fast-moving projects with evolving needs.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in instructional design with a focus on creating interactive content.
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
 
Skills:
• Exceptional communication and strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Preferred experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/GxP or other highly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience in developing training content.
• Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent communication skills with strength in project management.
