Title: Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions
Duration: 6+ months
Location:Pelzer, SC, 29669

Duties:

• Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with best project management practices.

• Track, analyze, and report project data to support teams in managing projects and reviewing weekly performance.

• Ensure accuracy of project schedules, maintain version control, identify potential delays, and facilitate timely interventions.

• Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.

• Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, review forecasts, and assess progress to date; recommend actions to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Maintain project risk register to effectively manage risks and minimize impact on schedule, scope, and budget.

• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, monitor action items, and support resolution with project managers.

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools.

• Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

• Experience with construction management tools such as Procore.

• Preferred: Strong understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods, industrial-scale piping and power systems, and complex manufacturing workflows.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management.
