General Production Worker/ Laborer

Shift Timings - Cant start at 4 am or 5 am

• Employee will be responsible for making boxes for the site's Material Processing Departments and perform facility cleanup and upkeep activities.
• Employee will need to efficiently fold and construct carboard boxes and double line them with plastic garbage bags each morning in preparation for material processing activities
• Employee will be tasked with various housekeeping activities onsite including sweeping, picking up trash/pallet debris and disposing of them onsite, and cleaning vehicles.
• Employee will occasionally be asked to paint handrails/stairs/bollards to enhance facility aesthetics
• Employee will be asked to use a pressure washer to clean buildings/vehicles/concrete areas onsite
• Employee will be tasked with other various tasks (e.g. unloading office supplies, setting up tables/chairs for meetings and plant events, and other similar tasks)
• Employee will be required to wear long sleeves, long pants, hard hat, safety glasses, and appropriate gloves while performing all aforementioned tasks.
• Employee will be required to operate a forklift. Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Employee will be orientated and trained onsite for all required responsibilities by Health and Safety organization
• We'd like for the individual to have a HS Diploma or GED and any experience related to construction, cleanup, warehousing etc. would be a plus.
