Job Description:
As a Technical Product Operations Specialist, you will work on projects that drive growth, engagement, and quality of Meta's products through data-driven decision-making and technical tooling. This role requires strong technical acumen and product sense to independently build analytical solutions, leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, and drive programmatic improvements through data analysis and automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations to support key initiatives, including LLM training and product quality efforts.

Job Description:
As a Technical Product Operations Specialist, you will work on projects that drive growth, engagement, and quality of Meta's products through data-driven decision-making and technical tooling. This role requires strong technical acumen and product sense to independently build analytical solutions, leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, and drive programmatic improvements through data analysis and automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations to support key initiatives, including LLM training and product quality efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0→1 initiatives, accelerating execution, and improving outcomes through technical and programmatic solutions
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data, identifying trends and actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Unidash, Google Sheets) for real-time decision-making and stakeholder communication
- Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and prototype solutions
- Identify program risks proactively, develop data-driven mitigation strategies, and communicate updates clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end program management by identifying opportunities, anticipating roadblocks, and executing with strong technical rigor
- Support data annotation, labeling, and LLM training initiatives to improve product quality
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience with particular focus on technical product operations
- Proficient in SQL and Data Annotation/Labeling large LLM models
- Experience with AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows – comfortable prompting and iterating with AI tools to accelerate work
Nice-to-have Skills
- Vibe Coding experience – comfortable with low-code/no-code prototyping or AI-assisted code generation
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure concepts
- Experience with testing, developing and implementing test strategies (manual and automated) for products and features.
