Job Title: Change and Organization Development Strategist
Duration- 6 months -Hybrid – WFH on Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays
Location: New York, NY 10010
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Hours: Flexible 7.5-hour shift, between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break
Conversion Potential: Yes – Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and fit

Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to support an Enterprise Change and Organizational Development (OD) Center of Excellence. The team plays a key role in supporting leaders, managers, and employees through organizational change by preparing them for new skills, behaviors, and ensuring adoption of change initiatives.
This role requires a consultative mindset and strong execution skills, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver change management and organizational development strategies that drive large-scale transformations while maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy

Apply structured change management methodologies, tools, and processes to support project adoption

Develop and execute change management plans aligned with business objectives

Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments

Identify and manage resistance to change

Consult and coach project teams on driving change initiatives
Organization Development

Diagnose organizational needs and apply OD techniques to improve effectiveness

Design and deliver talent development and organizational programs (e.g., leadership coaching, development planning)
Measurement & Evaluation

Establish metrics to measure success of change initiatives

Conduct evaluations to assess impact and outcomes aligned with business goals
Required Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in Change Management and/or Organizational Development

Experience supporting complex transformation initiatives

Strong experience with stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and change strategy execution

Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels

Strong project management skills with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field

PROSCI Change Management Certification

Experience in financial services or large corporate environments

Strong ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and drive employee engagement
