Job Title: Technical Business Analyst II (Platform Operations & Enablement)
Location: Newark, NJ – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months (Temp to Perm Hire)
 
Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven Platform Operations & Enablement Analyst to take full ownership of day to day operational and enablement work for our platform and automation initiatives. This is an individual contributor role, but the person is expected to operate independently with minimal direction and comfortably navigate a complex technical and organizational landscape.
This role will absorb operational work currently handled by leaders and expand coverage into areas we do not consistently support today, such as tooling hygiene, documentation, and platform enablement tracking.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage day to day platform operational work, including intake, tracking, follow ups, and dependency commitments.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for platform related requests and questions.
• Work independently to identify gaps, resolve issues, and keep work moving without needing constant direction.
• Maintain Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence for non-delivery and platform enablement work.
• Ensure platform enrichment, operational work, and technical enablement efforts are visible, accurate, and well documented.
• Provide light support and input for planning, dependencies, and alignment for non-delivery work (not a delivery or people management role).
• Support special projects and initiatives, including operational transitions, process improvements, and tooling changes.
• Partner effectively with product, engineering, RTEs, and platform leaders across teams

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in platform operations, program support, or technical enablement.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Comfortable working in complex, highly technical environments.
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal guidance and strong ownership.
• Able to navigate ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and evolving priorities.
• Solid understanding of Agile / SAFe concepts, especially non-feature and enablement work.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and technical operations

 
Success in This Role:

• Operational work is fully offloaded from senior leaders.
• Platform enablement and non-delivery work is consistently visible and up to date.
• Tools and documentation are accurate and trusted.
• Fewer operational gaps, handoffs, and last-minute escalations.
