Job Summary:
Client is seeking a methodical and results-driven Test Analyst responsible for identifying and applying test procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of software and hardware products.
The ideal candidate will evaluate system functionality, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues before product release. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify products and systems that need to be assessed during the software review process.
- Define appropriate test scenarios, test procedures, and test data.
- Execute diagnostic, system, and functional testing.
- Document and track test results for each test cycle to identify defects and flaws.
- Collaborate closely with software development and validation teams.
- Present testing results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication between development and QA teams.
- Identify redundant functions or components and recommend improvements.
- Improve understanding of business applications and user requirements.
- Follow and implement industry testing standards and protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in software testing or test analysis.
- Strong experience working with software applications and coding environments.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with test design techniques and testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed and clear technical reports.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Capability to manage deadlines and multiple testing cycles.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with system testing, diagnostic testing, and test automation tools.
- Knowledge of industry QA standards and protocols.
- Exposure to project management practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder reporting skills.
