About the Team
Client is looking for an Operations Specialist to help support our growing DashPass subscription business. DashPass is one of Client's fastest-growing and highest-priority products, focused on delivering exceptional value to our most loyal customers. Our team builds and launches new benefits that enhance the DashPass experience and improve subscriber retention. We run experiments, analyze performance, and continuously iterate on programs that improve the value of DashPass. As part of this team, you'll help research new ideas, execute experiments, and ensure our subscriber experiences run smoothly at scale.
About the Role
The Operations Specialist, DashPass Benefits role is focused on execution and operational excellence. You will help run experiments, analyze results, and support the launch and management of new subscriber benefits. On a typical day, you might help set up an in-app experience using internal tools, analyze experiment results to understand performance, troubleshoot operational issues, or support the rollout of a new DashPass benefit.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn new systems and tools. You will work closely with teammates across Strategy & Operations, Product, and Analytics while helping ensure experiments and programs are executed accurately and efficiently.

Execute – Help launch and manage DashPass benefit experiments and programs using internal tools and systems.

Operate – Ensure programs run smoothly by monitoring performance and resolving operational issues as they arise.

Experiment – Support the setup, tracking, and analysis of experiments designed to improve the DashPass subscriber experience.

Analyze – Use internal dashboards and tools to monitor metrics and identify trends or opportunities.

You have 1+ years of experience in operations, analytics, customer experience, or a similar execution-focused role (or equivalent hands-on experience).

At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws. This position’s starting pay is: $ 24.87/hr.
