Description
The Alternatives Portfolio Services team is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing across a broad range of products. The products supported are complex loan instruments that require close alignment and collaboration with the desks and multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a robust portfolio and conducting daily exception monitoring and break resolution.
• Interaction with middle office teams, sales teams, controllers, and other internal teams to resolve transactional issues and to collaborate on process and product enhancements and improvements.
• Risk management of the firm's cash flows related to lending and trading activities. Settlement functions include support of trading/sales, settlement execution and daily reporting while accurately managing the firm’s books and records.
• Perform regular due diligence by evaluating client payments inbound and outbound globally.
• Reviewing legal documents and ad-hoc reports for the client and internal business groups.
