Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration:  9 months with high possibility of extension

 

Job Description:

• Looking for a mid-level to senior UX Designer with 4+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer, including experience with developing storyboards, personas, and user journey maps.
• The candidate should have experience developing and iterating design concepts and delivering high-fidelity mocks and specifications to Engineering partners.
• They will work with Technical Product Managers to define product scope and be comfortable validating designs with customers in usability of concept validation research sessions.
• An ideal candidate brings a focus on accessibility to their design process.
   

Must-Have Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience
• Design Concepting
• Development of final mocks and specifications
• Prototyping and research experience
• Have an available online portfolio
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with UX design of complex workflows
• Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
• Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
