Why We Need You
 We’re looking for a Product Coordinator (PC) for Sana Agents who is passionate about technology, loves working directly with customers, and is excited about driving real product adoption and impact.

In this role, you will be the engine behind successful Agent rollouts with our clients. You’ll work closely with an Engagement Manager to:

  • Make sure every implementation lands smoothly.
  • Turn usage data into insights and actions.
  • Help clients design high-value use cases that showcase the power of Agents.
  • Keep client workspaces configured, clean, and up-to-date as our product evolves.
  • Act as the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for users.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive adoption with the Engagement Manager
    • Partner with the Engagement Manager to plan and execute successful Agent rollouts for enterprise customers.
    • Prepare and structure key meetings such as kick-offs, weekly check-ins, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
    • Track action items and ensure that both Sana and the client stay on top of timelines and commitments.
  • Turn product usage into impact
    • Regularly analyze client usage data to understand how Agents are being used, where value is created, and where adoption can be improved.
    • Transform insights into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams (e.g., training needs, new use cases, workspace improvements).
    • Help build simple reports and narratives that show the business impact of Agents over time.
  • Shape and operationalize high-value use cases
    • Work with clients to define and refine high-value Agent use cases aligned with their business goals.
    • Support the configuration and documentation of these use cases so they are easy for end users to discover and adopt.
    • Collaborate with our product and engagement teams to share learnings and patterns across customers.
  • Own the client workspace setup
    • Configure and maintain client workspaces for Sana Agents so they are reliable, intuitive, and aligned with best practices.
    • Keep workspaces up to date when new features are released, ensuring clients quickly benefit from product improvements.
    • Help enforce structure, naming conventions, and hygiene so workspaces scale well over time.
  • Be the main point of contact for users
    • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for end users and client stakeholders when they have questions about the product.
    • Triage, document, and follow up on bug reports and edge cases, coordinating with internal teams where needed.
    • Provide clear, friendly, and actionable responses that build trust and confidence in Sana Agents.

What You Bring

  • A genuine interest in AI products and modern SaaS, and a desire to understand how they create value for customers.
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain product capabilities and technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
  • proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you like to anticipate problems, not just react to them.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills, with the ability to run multiple client workstreams in parallel without dropping details.
  • An analytical mindset: you are comfortable looking at usage data, spotting patterns, and turning them into clear insights and next steps.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English and confidence in leading customer-facing conversations.
     

Must-haves

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: product coordination, customer success, project coordination, technical support, product operations, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines, manage competing priorities, and iterate quickly on feedback.
  • growth mindset: you’re curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow with a fast-moving product and team.
  • Bonus: Have experience with xAPI, SSO, SCIM
