Job Description
The Digital Content Strategist, Partner Portal serves as the digital execution partner to GTM and Partner Strategy teams. This role translates business priorities across assigned domains (e.g., NPI, MPI, AI initiatives, Programs, Routes to Market) into structured, scalable Partner Portal journeys and pages.
The strategist acts as the connective layer between Strategy, UX, and Publishing Operations assuring that strategic intent is accurately reflected in clear, prescriptive, and well-governed digital experiences. This role combines digital orchestration with proactive content stewardship, intake quality control, and strategic pattern recognition.
Key Responsabilities
- Serve as primary liaison to assigned Partner Strategy domains; understand strategic objectives, go-to-market priorities, and route-to-market models to inform digital experience design
- Translate business vision into structured page and journey frameworks aligned to partner lifecycle and Portal standards, applying deep knowledge of ServiceNow's product portfolio and solution positioning
- Define page hierarchy, structure, and content logic from concept through launch, partnering with Strategy, UX, and Operations to drive aligned execution
- Design content structures with metadata, taxonomy, and hierarchy that supports both human navigation and AI agent retrieval
- Manage end-to-end page lifecycle including creation, maintenance, deprecation planning, and redirect management
- Drive scope clarity, facilitate stakeholder alignment, secure required approvals, and submit production-ready intake requests through established publishing workflows
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, or misalignment early in the process; push back constructively when requests lack clarity or scope exceeds capacity
- Conduct proactive content health checks and identify outdated, duplicative, or misaligned content; recommend improvements, consolidation, or retirement
- Identify content gaps in partner journeys; interpret analytics signals to prioritize optimization efforts
- Design content structures with awareness of AI-driven search, conversational interfaces, and structured data requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital content strategy, web experience management, information architecture, or related field
- Deep AI technical expertise (AI literacy and awareness required, not implementation knowledge)
- Deep familiarity with Solution value propositions and partner program structure
- Experience operating within enterprise CMS environments (AEM preferred) and familiarity with publishing workflows
- Strong understanding of information architecture principles (hierarchy, navigation logic, taxonomy alignment, journey design)
- Understanding of SaaS business models, go-to-market motions, and partner ecosystem dynamics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex strategy into clear digital frameworks
- Proven stakeholder management skills in matrixed environments; able to influence constructively and navigate organizational complexity
- Proactive content stewardship mindset—identifies gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities independently
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
- Comfortable working in an AI-evolving landscape and understanding how structured content supports search and agent-based experiences
