Position Title: Program Manager III
Work Location: Lake County, IL (Hybrid Schedule: In Office T, W, Th; Remote M, F)
Assignment Duration: 9 months (ASAP through end of 2026)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Position Summary:
Role Summary: The Program Manager III will lead project planning and execution across cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on building and managing timelines, grooming tasks, integrating workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery through end-to-end testing.
This role requires advanced project management expertise, technical acumen, and collaborative skills to drive results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and integrate detailed project timelines in collaboration with various cross-functional teams.
• Continuously groom project backlogs, clarifying priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate alignment of timelines and milestones with cross-team stakeholders including Business Technology Solutions, Marketing, and Business Partners.
• Oversee end-to-end testing processes, ensuring completeness and adherence to test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with QA and subject matter experts to define, review, and refine test cases and acceptance criteria for each project phase.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead regular status meetings and communicate updates to leadership and all stakeholders.
• Support change management and process improvements based on testing outcomes and team retrospectives.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, technology, engineering); advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in technical or cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain, and integrate complex timelines and plans.
• Experience working with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in end-to-end testing processes, with a proven record completing test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Experience with Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing is a plus
