Title: Program Manager - IV
Location: Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2N8 (2 days per week onsite) Must work in EST
Duration: 6+ months (Potential for extension of conversion to FTE)

Job Description:
  • The Program Manager – IV will play a critical role in driving an end to end compensation related project within a highly cross functional, fast paced environment. This contractor will lead program execution, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure all project deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management capability, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience collaborating across multiple teams and business units.
  • This role requires onsite presence in Toronto 2 days per week and close partnership with teams across the organization, making strong relationship-building skills essential.
Typical Day Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, lead, and facilitate meetings with cross functional partners and stakeholders
  • Proactively reach out to team members or SMEs as issues arise to drive resolution
  • Own and manage the full project plan, ensuring tasks, milestones, and dependencies are tracked and completed
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and communicate impacts to leadership
  • Gather business requirements and validate them with relevant teams
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations and status updates
  • Support execution of the end to end (E2E) compensation process
  • Partner with teams across the organization (HR, Compensation, Systems, etc.) to ensure alignment
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and project artifacts
  • Ensure all assigned workstreams are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have):
  • Strong project management experience (3–8 years; over 8 years considered overqualified)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Requirements gathering experience
  • Ability to lead meetings and drive cross functional discussions
  • Basic understanding of end to end compensation processes
  • Experience working with diverse teams (cross?collaboration)
  • Consulting experience with a major consulting firm (preferred)
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience (preferred)
  • Project Management, Communication, Presentation, Requirements gathering, basic understanding of E2E compensation process
