Title: Project/Program Manager V
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 8:30/9am- 4:30/5pm (CT) with some flex toward PT hours when needed
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversees all aspects of strategic program management work. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress, and drives toward outcomes. Connects initiatives to broader priorities and makes sound, informed decisions.
• Delivers concise updates, insights, and reports to senior leadership and connects the dots with other initiatives also underway.
• Aligns cross-functional partners and drives progress without direct authority/ through influence.
• Leads change management components of program/process implementation and adoption.
• Leads and directs the work of others through influence.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Reports to PPL portfolio and programs lead.
• Performs a variety of tasks.

Must have:

• May require a bachelor's degree and/or related experience in the field or in a related area.
• Experience Level: 7+ years responsible for the coordination and completion of high-visibility people strategic initiatives.
• Must have high judgment to understand, plan, and accomplish output and outcome-level work.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI program implementation in HR is a plus.

Interview Process:

• Interview with the manager; possibly 1 other. Must complete them this week/early next.
