Job Responsibilities
- Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-channel strategy for upcoming Reality Labs HW products by analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Product Launch Management: Spearhead the launch of new Reality Labs HW products, ensuring timely and successful execution of launch plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive global sales strategy and execution.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Develop and track key performance metrics, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market research to inform business decisions and optimize category performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as external partners, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for Reality Labs HW product launches, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Innovation and Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth in the Wearable product category.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, category management, product marketing or a related field, with a focus on consumer electronics
- Experience launching successful products and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and market research
- Experience presenting to influence and persuade stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in consumer electronics, with a demonstrated track record of launching new zero to 1 type of products, driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Experience in 0-1 consumer Hardware, Wearables, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality or Mixed Reality Devices
- Start up experience
