Job Title: Revenue Cycle Builder/Analyst
Duration of project:12 months

• Familiarity with pre arrival tools and patient engagement technologies

Position Summary:
Looking for experienced analyst with implementation and optimization. This position will work to implementing client Prior Authorization nationally. Seeking long term contract.

• Provide project implementation support for Client Prior Authorization. 
• This support includes the design and implementation of functional/detailed project requirements.
• Provides application support for the user community with high complexity. 
• The Analyst provides troubleshooting of complex software and system problems for multiple modules or applications.
• In addition, he/she will act as the subject matter expert. 
• Responsible for working with project team for deployment of Client with integration with multiple EMRs.
• Serve customers as a key point of contact while managing Customer expectations to ensure prompt and complete customer service in a professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues
• Monitor deviations and take proactive measures and escalate issues to management and vendor when necessary.
• Respond to customer requests of high complexity that typically require change or release management functions to be executed.
• Document resolutions and maintain a knowledge management system to capture knowledge and work processes.
• Participate in the deployment and testing of new modules, upgrades, fixes, and new installations.
• Participate in the build, and implementation for moderate complex changes while planning transition to operations.
• Develop test plans for new application functionality from application/ technical support perspective and collaborate with the business owners to provide functional testing.
• Perform data extractions and custom report management

Skills/Experience:

• Requires experience working with Registration and Patient Accounting application.
• Requires experience working on Revenue Cycle Applications.
• Requires experience in applying and testing application development releases and upgrades.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment.
• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document application requirements
• Conduct thorough workflow validation and integrated application testing
• Support implementation of third party applications-Rev Cycle
• Partner with SMEs and vendors to ensure successful project execution

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience building or configuring EMRs and third party apps (Cerner, Meditech, Soarian)
• Strong understanding of clinical and Revenue Cycle workflows-Pre Arrival and Arrival workflows
• Excellent analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Effective communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred
