Summary:
- We're looking for a Program Manager to lead critical cross-functional programs that shape how client delivers trust, safety, and customer support through its vendor ecosystem. You’ll own end-to-end execution of programs, working across multiple internal stakeholder teams and vendor partners to deliver measurable outcomes. This role demands someone who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels, navigate ambiguity, problem-solve, and leverage cutting-edge AI solutions. You should be comfortable integrating quickly into a fast-moving team, communicating clearly, and collaborating effectively across a virtual, cross-functional environment.
- AI proficiency: Strong, current understanding of AI tools and how to apply them to transform operational workflows.
- Coding capability: Ability to write and maintain code (Python preferred; PHP and JavaScript also relevant).
- Strong communication & collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with a distributed/virtual team and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in operations/BPO environments and/or scaled vendor operations
- Flexibility and comfort operating in evolving teams and shifting priorities
- Prior meta
- 8-10 yrs
- Program Execution: Lead multi-phase programs end-to-end — managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Change Management: Lead large-scale operational changes — workforce transformations, program deprecations, tooling transitions, and policy rollouts — with structured change management and clear stakeholder communication
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with ISO business partners and a number of other internal stakeholder teams to drive program outcomes
- Leverage cutting-edge AI skills to revolutionize ways of working and contribute to making SISO a truly AI native organization
- Leadership Communication: Deliver structured program updates with clear articulation of progress, risks, blockers, and asks
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or vendor/outsourcing management
- Track record managing large-scale, multi-phase programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional dependencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reporting frameworks, track KPIs, and use data to drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget/financial planning processes in an operational context
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing structured leadership updates and stakeholder communications
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI into daily workflows
- Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, integrity operations, or customer support operations at scale
- Experience with vendor ecosystems — including SOW management, performance governance, and site-level operations
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven workflows, including LLM development support, automation strategies, or AI-first workforce transformation
- The SISO Programs team sits within Scaled Integrity & Support Operations (SISO), part of client’s Scaled Operations organization. The team drives systematic change across client’s global vendor operations by redesigning processes, improving efficiency, and delivering large-scale operational transitions across both Integrity and Support lines of business. The programs team includes eight program managers who sit between the business and vendor partners—helping ensure the right staffing, tooling, and operational capabilities are in place to meet integrity and customer support needs at scale—while operating as an AI-first team managing multiple concurrent programs across a broad stakeholder landscape.
- Partnering with stakeholders to prioritize operational problems to solve and opportunities to automate or improve
- Coding and/or using AI tools to build, maintain, reconcile, and optimize workflows (e.g., scripts, lightweight tools, reporting automation)
- Owning follow-through: ensuring new solutions work reliably before moving to the next initiative
- Maintaining and improving existing processes/tools to reduce technical debt and keep workflows stable over time
- Progress against program milestones (on-time delivery, quality, and stakeholder alignment)
- Measurable operational outcomes (e.g., efficiency gains, reduction in manual work, improved accuracy/throughput)
- Quality and adoption of AI-enabled tooling/workflows (stability, maintainability, usability)
- Effectiveness of stakeholder management (clear updates, risk management, driving decisions in ambiguity)
- This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and AI transformation, with the chance to drive tangible change across large-scale integrity and support programs that affect users globally. You’ll work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where you can build and deploy practical AI-enabled solutions (including coding and automation) to modernize workflows, reduce technical debt, and improve how vendor operations run day-to-day. Because the team operates between internal business partners and external vendors, you’ll have broad visibility, diverse stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape scalable operating models while helping SISO become truly AI-native.
- How many rounds of interviews: 2 rounds
- Types of Interviews: Coding and Behavioral
- Interview Duration: 30 min each
