Role Overview
The Brand Designer will support the creative team in designing engaging social media content, maintaining visual templates, and developing presentation materials for internal initiatives. This role focuses on visual storytelling, social-first design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Design
Update Series Templates
Maintain and update design templates for recurring content series as needed.
Storytelling Carousels
Ideate and design storytelling-style carousel posts for go-to-market (GTM) features. Create approximately 1–3 feature carousels per month.
Content Production
Occasionally support the development of original content and creative assets for social media channels. Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and visual standards.
Design Studio (Internal-Facing)
Internal Events Deck Design
Design and update presentation decks for 3–4 major internal events. Establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity and look and feel across presentations.
Project Management
Manage ongoing deck updates as content is finalized. Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure slides and assets are delivered ahead of deadlines. Support review and approval processes for presentation visuals.
Swag Requests
Design internal and event-specific branded swag as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a creative role with a strong focus on brand and social media design

Proven experience designing for and managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)

Figma experience preferred

Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media trends

Experience designing social media assets and writing copy

Familiarity with Instagram-style visual language and design trends
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within a creative department focused on visual storytelling

Experience creating content for an international audience
