Title: Quality Technician I
Duration: 5+ Months
Hours: First Shift 8am-4:30pm
Location: Kenosha, WI 53142

Summary
The Quality Technician I is responsible for supporting the business with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers. A critical function to provide inspection support as well as process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.More QA than QT (Not Looking For A Quality Inspector)

Responsibilities

• Works with team to provide audits and inspections on product quality according to client's quality-assurance processes.
• Assist with conducting nonconforming materials investigation and report to client's authorized vendors as appropriate.
• Engages management and team members as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
• Works with team to support new product quality plan implementations.
• Ability to understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework
• Support ISO 9001

Requirements

• Preferred Education: High School or equivalent
• Preferred Work Experience (years): 0-3 years
• Ability to learn technical information.
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).
• **Must have good computer skills- Emails, etc. **
• Go getter attitude
• Identify process improvements
• Some auditing work
• Must Have Intermediate To Advanced Excel Skills
