Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Development Manager to support the Channel Program Development team. This role focuses on driving initiatives that enhance retail channel programs and improve the overall customer experience across multiple sales channels.
The position involves managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring the successful development and deployment of key retail initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clear view of both operational details and broader program goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed program plans and define project timelines for strategic initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with program objectives.

Prepare and distribute program communications and updates to stakeholders.

Track project progress and provide regular status updates to business leaders.

Collect, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program performance.

Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate results and project status.

Assist with campaign planning and initiatives aimed at improving in-store customer experiences.

Support ongoing enhancements to retail programs across multiple routes-to-market.

Contribute to additional business initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed.
Key Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience, including exposure to program or project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader program goals.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Demonstrated experience creating and managing project schedules.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Keynote.
Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
