Position Summary:
As a client's full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with both Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds.
You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with our organization’s requirements, culture, and values.
• Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for our organization and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
• Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
• Support diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
Qualification & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner
• Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Strong sourcing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
