Title - Business Analyst V 
Duration – 12 Months (Possibility of Conversion and Extension)
Location- Toronto, ON, (4 Days Onsite)
 
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Meeting w/ partners to understand current state to document requirement for future state
Hosting meetings to get what they need out of that meeting to support the conversion activities that are needed
Propose recommendations and solutions – needs to be proactive
 
Must-Have Hard Skills:

• Document requirements
• Advanced Excel and PP
• Process Mapping

 
Soft Skills:

• Coachable- someone who can take feedback positively and use that feedback.
• Ability to articulate- crisp and concise is their messaging
• Strong communication skills- ability to communicate with different stakeholders
