Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone call inquiries.
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain support for the Flight Attendant Virtual Support Center.
- To issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), trouble shoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories – to our 22K flight attendants.
