Job Description

Title - Customer Service Rep III
Location- Atlanta, GA 30354
Duration - 12 months assignment

Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone call inquiries.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain support for the Flight Attendant Virtual Support Center.
  • To issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), trouble shoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories – to our 22K flight attendants.
