Job Title: Concierge and Operational Sourcing Specialist/Procurement Specialist II
Location: Plainsboro, NJ 08536 (Onsite required for 3 to 4 days a week at a minimum, AND on required days)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Schedule: 5days/week, 9am or so until 5pm or so
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform concierge service for line of business. Help with enablement, execution and advisory on contract, purchasing, supplier and invoicing matters in Coupa
• Execute simple sourcing projects between $150k and $250k value, using competitive sourcing or targeted negotiation
• Register projects and savings in Coupa
• Deliver target count of sourcing projects and $ savings
• Act as business partner, and collaborator with Category Management team

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing or related Procurement activities
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, life science industry experience preferred.
• Experience in Coupa Source to Pay is a plus
• High on learning ability and motivation with a change-ready mindset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, influence and gain respect
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organizational environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work in a timely manner with strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
