Pay Rate: $34.50 / Exempt
Purpose:
The role is responsible of performing finance partnering activities to support capital site strategy. It is also responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the financial plans and policies of the capital organization. It is also in charge of establishing fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, advising management on financial affairs and assisting the entity in long-range planning.

Purpose:

It is also in charge of establishing fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, advising management on financial affairs and assisting the entity in long-range planning.
Responsibilities:
- Support Capital Site Manager in CAPEX Budget/CMF.
- Planning Supporting development of a Strong Finance Business Partnering Organization.
- PIP System Data Entry (Capital projects approval system).
- Monitor financial results and analyze trends and establish produce timely and accurate financial reports.
- Ensure reporting in accordance with GAAP/Regulatory Agencies and corporate policies.
- Capital Purchases and Capital invoices resolution support.
- AUC Monitoring and support controls preparation.
- Support Assets creations and capitalizations.
- Capitalization and close out documentation gathering, approvals and controls.
- Support Asset Disposals/transfers/impairs/Idle, documentation gathering approvals and memo or tickets submission (Legacy NOEMS) Capital month end closing activities with WBS analysis for correct cost allocation and accruals.
- Contracted and colleagues Resources allocation to WBS.
- Provide the appropriate level of commitment and direction and take responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment in the areas under their control and for risks that may adversely affect the environment or cause loss and comply with all relevant EHS policies, EHS Standards, permits, local/federal laws and regulations.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or related.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
