Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months

Onsite – Fully Onsite for Training – 75% onsite once settled into role.
 
Ideal Candidate: 4+ YOE, scheduling, coordination, reporting in Smartsheet. Med Device development, packaging, and assembly. Nice to have: strong automation and technology skills.
 
Overview:

• Join the Business Performance team for the client's Ohio site, working in the site's Project Management Office as a program manager, with a specific focus on scheduling and information management.
• Manage the integration of technical project timelines, risk management plans, resource and budget tracking. Ensure project data 'rolls up' accurately into dashboards customized for different layers of management.
• Partner closely with New Product Introduction (NPI) leads, engineering project managers and workstream leads to develop and maintain integrated timelines, risk management plans, budgets and resource plans within the site's Smartsheet based project portfolio management (PPM) system.
• Maintain standard work including project charters, kickoff decks, gate reviews, schedules and dashboards.

 
Skills:

• Expertise in running collections of medium to large scale projects
• Excellent understanding of portfolio, program, and project management processes and procedures
• Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Business process development best practices, change management
• Experienced using smartsheet and excel
• Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.

 
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

• Med Device development, packaging, and assembly.

 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Work closely with technical leads to build and maintain integrated schedules and reports within a smartsheet-based PPM.
