Title: Site Merchandiser III
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension/ Conversion)
Location: Fully Remote
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time)

About the Team
The team supports NASM Seasonal Events, building and managing homepage merchandising for major holidays and special events throughout the year. This role contributes to one of the most highly trafficked homepages globally, helping ensure a best-in-class customer shopping experience that stays current and on-brand.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Create on-brand, high-quality content tailored to specific customer segments
• Build and publish homepage content using internal tools
• Analyze content performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Support social media initiatives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

 
Required Qualifications
Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Top 3 Must-Have Skills (Ranked):

1. Strong organizational skills (ability to manage multiple moving pieces)
2. Excellent communication skills (clear, proactive, vocal about needs/barriers)
3. Resourcefulness and ability to shift priorities quickly

 
Preferred Qualifications

1. Retail experience
2. Experience managing website platforms or large-scale projects (senior stakeholder communication is a plus)
3. Leadership experience
4. Experience learning and navigating new internal tools/systems
5. Prior Amazon experience is a plus
