Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives in a fast-paced call center environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue, improving performance metrics, and ensuring excellent customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives in a fast-paced call center environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue, improving performance metrics, and ensuring excellent customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of call center sales agents
- Monitor performance metrics (conversion rate, revenue, QA scores, attendance)
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and training
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Handle escalated calls and support complex sales situations
- Collaborate with management on strategies to improve results
- Ensure compliance with scripts, processes, and company policies
- Prepare performance reports and analyze sales data
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new agents
- 2–5 years of call center experience, preferably in sales.
- 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with basic reporting/analytics skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and call center systems.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
