Position Title: Travel Counselor - SABRE 
Work Location: Remote
Assignment Duration: 6 Months Contract
Shift: 2nd and 3rd(12PM - 12AM EST)Any time between 

Role Overview

The Travel Consultant will support corporate business clients by arranging and managing domestic and international travel. This is a remote position focused on delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage domestic and international business travel (air, rail, road, accommodations)

• Provide travel solutions for both individual and group bookings

• Research travel options and recommend the most suitable itineraries

• Anticipate client needs and offer additional services when appropriate

• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and regulatory requirements

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS), primarily Sabre

• Handle special requests and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of traveler information

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to service quality improvements

?Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Sabre GDS experience (mandatory)

• Strong background in corporate and international business travel

• Experience must go beyond ticket counter or leisure-only travel

• Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• ?Ability to independently resolve travel-related issues
• Solid understanding of travel industry regulations and service standards
