Role Description:
Are you a skilled communications strategist and storyteller passionate about crafting compelling narratives that inspire business outcomes? We are seeking a Manager, Program Communications for a fixed-term contract of approximately six months.
As the Manager, Program Communications for the SIC (Client's Innovation Center), you will be instrumental in building and implementing enterprise-wide communications strategies that inform and engage our most critical internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Global Sales Leadership. Your work will be critical to sharing our program’s direct impact on their business and enrolling their support in our Program’s success.
Internally, this role will also be vital in keeping the global SIC program aligned to team-wide announcements and program changes as we work through continuously evolving our own processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a comprehensive stakeholder alignment strategy focused on building a consistent communication cadence with leaders across Product, Marketing, and Sales to showcase the SIC program’s performance, innovation, and opportunities for partnership
- Collaborate across global SIC teams to provide on-going communication strategy planning and execution support to uplevel all internal and external communications and program voice, such as daily copywriting, editing, distributing, and synthesizing of content that spans across various global audiences and platforms
- Strategically lead and influence the communications for the SIC Program’s various GTM motions (e.g. demand generation programs and messaging, the Global SIC Resource Hub, and other globally leveraged tools and assets)
- Maintain and update communication templates, guidelines, and workflows that enable cross-functional team members to share holistic updates and information across multiple channels, teams, and stakeholders
- Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, brainstorming sessions, status reviews, and leadership approvals to drive accountability and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) exceed or meet outlined targets
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Communications, Product Marketing, Program Management, or a related field within the technology sector at a global, enterprise level
- Experience with the client's products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
- Ability to understand what matters most to sellers and go-to-market teams and to align strategies and tactics to those priorities
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Proficiency in copywriting across multiple channels (email, blog, social, web, presentations)
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
