Position Title: Pharmacist 1
Work Location: Remote – FL, TX, MO, MI, CA
Assignment Duration: 9 months (Possibility to extend or convert)
Work Schedule: 8 hour shifts – Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Position Summary:
The main function of a pharmacist is to dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions.
They also may conduct health and wellness screenings, oversee the medications given to patients, and provide advice on healthy lifestyles.
Background & Context:
This need is to help with everyday pharmacist functions while SME prepare for upcoming computer system upgrade to ScriptMed Cloud.
This pharmacist role will learn order verification functions, and overall prescription workflow processes along with counseling patients and discussing with providers about prescriptions and order clarifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense prescription medications to patients
• Offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions
• Conduct health and wellness screenings

• Provide advice on healthy lifestyles
• Perform data entry
• Clinical prescription verification
• Patient counseling
• Provider interactions
• Order clarifications
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelors of pharmacy or doctor of pharmacy
• Registered pharmacist (RPh)
• Must have valid pharmacist licensure, active
• Experience in a mail order pharmacy (Nice to have)
• Experience with ScriptMed Enterprise (Nice to have)
