* Designs, implements, and manages software solutions
* Guide other engineers in the solution and conduct code reviews
* Represent the team in planning and solutioning sessions
* Works with business and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical requirements
* Conduct hands-on development
* Adhere to Scrum-Agile practices and ceremonies
