Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project-program. Oversees all aspects of projects-program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• May require a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit-department.
• Collaborate with Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) teams to verify and validate Bills of Materials
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of component specifications before procurement

 
Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Source and procure test racks, test fixtures, harnessing components, and PCBA boards to support engineering and testing operations
• Place purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of critical testing equipment

 
Logistics Coordination & Stakeholder Communication:

• Proactively communicate delivery timelines and estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates to internal requestors
• Coordinate receiving logistics and distribution when parts arrive at the facility Serve as the primary point of contact for test equipment procurement inquiries

 
Inventory & Project Support:

• Track and monitor outstanding orders to maintain visibility on procurement pipeline
• Support cross-functional teams by ensuring testing infrastructure is available when needed
