Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project-program. Oversees all aspects of projects-program.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
- May require a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit-department.
- Collaborate with Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) teams to verify and validate Bills of Materials
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of component specifications before procurement
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Source and procure test racks, test fixtures, harnessing components, and PCBA boards to support engineering and testing operations
- Place purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of critical testing equipment
Logistics Coordination & Stakeholder Communication:
- Proactively communicate delivery timelines and estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates to internal requestors
- Coordinate receiving logistics and distribution when parts arrive at the facility Serve as the primary point of contact for test equipment procurement inquiries
Inventory & Project Support:
- Track and monitor outstanding orders to maintain visibility on procurement pipeline
- Support cross-functional teams by ensuring testing infrastructure is available when needed
