Maintenance Technician II
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Type: Perm/Direct Hire
Shift: 3rd Shift : 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Work week begins Monday night)

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience working on production machinery within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and OEM manuals
- Experience testing electrical systems (ohmmeters, voltmeters, continuity testing)
- Experience installing and aligning mechanical drive systems
- Ability to complete preventive maintenance, major service, and equipment overhauls
- Familiarity with shop equipment (drill press, band saw, power tools)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CMMS)
- Successful completion of certification testing
- 2-year Technical Degree
- Experience mentoring or training junior technicians
- Experience participating in process improvement or problem-solving teams
