Summary:
Supported engineering projects by applying engineering principles, conducting testing and inspections, analyzing data, and assisting with technical documentation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducted inspections, analytical testing, and data analysis to determine engineering requirements and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Collected, analyzed, and synthesized engineering data; maintained control charts and documented findings.
- Resolved engineering and manufacturing issues by researching, adapting, and modifying engineering methods and techniques.
- Prepared engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to support design and development activities.
- Performed cost-benefit analyses and tracked project expenses to ensure adherence to cost standards.
- Executed quality assurance testing, evaluated processes, and implemented improvements to enhance product quality and performance.
- Collected and entered technical data; generated reports, presentations, and summaries of engineering trends and findings.
- Supported the development of manufacturing, construction, and installation standards through technical calculations and analysis.
- Utilized engineering software and computer applications to support design, testing, and documentation activities.
- Collaborated with cross-functional engineering teams to support R&D initiatives and project objectives.
- Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
- 5–7 years of engineering technician experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with engineering drawings, technical calculations, and engineering software tools.
- Detail-oriented team player with knowledge of engineering science and manufacturing processes.
