Job Title: Project Manager - Agency Finance and Operations

Key Responsibilities:
• Project manage the ordering and delivery of Macs
• Create and manage new hire checklists for Operations team (maintain calendar of dates and next steps)
• Manage FinOps projects (trainings, open houses, obtaining information for other departments for org charts etc.)
• Assign tech issues to applicable operations point of contacts
Additional Information (If Applicable):
Project Manager role in Mettawa, IL supporting Agency Finance & Ops at The Organization. Manage Mac orders, new-hire checklists, FinOps projects & tech assignments. Perfect for 1-2 yr exp with strong Excel/pivot tables & project tracking. Fast-paced small team.
