Job Title: Bus Syst Consultant III - Compensation
Location: Remote
Duration: 14 months
Days: M-F
Hours: Flexible, but core project meeting hours are 9AM - 4PM EST (regardless of Time Zone)

Reason for seeking this role:
- Corporate HR has a need for an experienced Business Systems Consultant III to support the implementation of Workday Compensation.
- The business is implementing Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Time, and Absence modules. Workday Finance was implemented several years ago.
- As part of this project, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation are being implemented.
- The BSC should have understanding of compensation setup including Compensation packages, grades, compensation plans (merit, allowance, bonus, stock) eligibility rules, wage theft notifications, and business processes.
