Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Receives product quality complaints Investigates product quality complaints and write reports.
- Performs visual inspection of consumer samples, deliver consumer samples to retention room in the required timeframe.
- Request reserve samples visual inspection.
- Request reserve samples testing, as applicable.
- Keep track of the completion of the investigation within the required timeframe.
- Review product quality complaint reports for accuracy and consistency.
