Title: ESRM Ongoing Monitoring & Data Collection Analyst
Location: HARTFORD, CT 06183 (Hybrid-3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

ESRM Ongoing Monitoring & Data Collection Analyst (Temporary)
Hybrid-3 days onsite 2 days remote (Hartford Area)
Position Overview
This temporary role supports the S&SM Operations and Supplier Risk team in steady-state monitoring activities, including stakeholder outreach, assessment management, artifact collection, and inventory tracking. The analyst ensures ongoing compliance data is current, complete, and properly maintained in Process Unity and our ESRM inventory.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach to Lines of Business, Procurement, and Suppliers to validate and update contact information
• Initiate assessments and questionnaires coming due, including those generated from the Data Clean-Up Project
• Monitor and follow up to ensure all outstanding questionnaires are completed on time
• Access supplier portals to obtain and download required compliance artifacts
• Validate whether Legal review is required for SOC artifacts and confirm SOC report time periods
• Save all compliance files to the designated ESRM SharePoint site
• Notify the SOC review team when reports are available for review
• Maintain updates to the manual ESRM Inventory Management Tracker
• Analyze vendor performance management responses and remediate ratings below the 80% threshold
• Escalate unresolved issues to the ESRM Risk Lead as appropriate
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in supplier risk, compliance, or vendor management operations
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads independently
• Attention to detail is critical
• PMP certified or prior project management experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills for partnering with internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, specifically Excel, and supplier/compliance portal environments
• Experience with Ariba, Archer, or ProcessUnity preferred
• Intellectually curious with a growth mindset; proactively seeks to understand context beyond assigned tasks, asks thoughtful questions, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes and
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (such as Claude) or similar) to improve personal productivity, summarize information, and support documentation tasks; willingness to learn and experiment with emerging tools as they are introduced
