Title - Department Support Assistant
Location - San Diego, CA 92121 (Onsite)
Duration - 6+ Months with possible extensions

Job Description:

In this role, you’ll regularly work with sensitive information, collaborating with GM executive assistants and senior leaders in the business unit, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Assist with calendar and appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate with attendees
- Assist with travel arrangements including travel-related visas
- Responsible for expense reimbursements ensuring all reports are submitted timely with required receipts and documentation in accordance with QC travel policy for approval.
- Responsible for lunch orders including coffee, snacks and last-minute lunch order pick-ups from QC café
- Reconcile P-card
- Assist with general office duties such as supply ordering, off-site set-ups, supporting meeting set-ups, visitor support to include onsite badging and escorting of customers/partners and vendors
- Other general duties may include: covering for business unit GM executive admins during vacation/sick time; submitting janitorial cleaning requests and other special projects such as team events
- Perform project work as assigned by manager
