Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to support strategic sourcing initiatives within the Human Resources and Contingent Labor categories. This role will proactively engage internal stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives, optimize spend, and help manage the Contingent Workforce Program to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
HR Category Management Support

Lead sourcing activities for HR-related spend categories including recruitment services, training & development, and contingent labor.

Support internal stakeholders and guide them through the procure-to-pay process.
Contingent Workforce Program Management

Oversee the end-to-end contingent workforce program, including vendor management, compliance, onboarding/offboarding processes, and performance tracking.

Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.

Partner with Finance to ensure full visibility of contingent workforce spend and proper accrual management.
Supplier Management

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and service standards.

Negotiate commercial terms for MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, and other supplier-related agreements.
Procurement Operations

Support sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and contract negotiations.

Ensure timely and accurate review of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and non-PO transactions within the procurement system.

Provide guidance to stakeholders on procurement processes and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Contingent Workforce hiring managers.

Conduct training and enablement sessions to educate stakeholders on sourcing processes and tools.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, and track sourcing performance metrics.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in HR or contingent labor categories.

Experience managing contingent workforce programs or working with MSP/VMS platforms.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Coupa or similar procurement systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, globally matrixed organization.

Knowledge of compliance requirements related to contingent labor.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field.
