Position Title: Material Handler II
Work Location: Houston TX 77047
Assignment Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (Hours: 7:45am – 4:15pm CST)
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site
Position Summary:
We are seeking to add top talent to our Production Support team. The Material Handler performs operations of the Supply Chain/Materials Management department with awareness and knowledge of the various areas of the operations in Goods Movement, Inventory Control, and Good Documentation Practices.

Position Summary:
We are seeking to add top talent to our Production Support team. The Material Handler performs operations of the Supply Chain/Materials Management department with awareness and knowledge of the various areas of the operations in Goods Movement, Inventory Control, and Good Documentation Practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain general supplies and stock materials for daily usage by production team(s).
- Operate with a Safety First state of mind at all times.
- Attain basic understanding of material flow from controlled non-classified (CNC) spaces into classified production spaces.
- Operate GMP Autoclave in order to prepare supplies and documents needed for production.
- Accurately enter a variety of SAP transactions (Material Movements) ensuring compliance with cGMP requrements and SOP’s.
- Prepare items for production use (i.e. decontamination of materials) to included systemic transactions.
- Continue with ongoing required area training to increase knowledge and understanding.
- Complete on the job training (OJT) for operational equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience within a cGMP environment preferred.
- Prior SAP exposure preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office Suite Programs.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-up to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team player.
