Role: Manager- US Treasury Clearing Project
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Location: New York, NY 10017 - Hybrid- 2 to 3 days in the office, beginning with the need to be in the office 5 days a week for training

This role supports a regulatory-driven US Treasury Clearing initiative mandated by FINRA and FICC.
• Program includes both cash trades and repo transactions
• Implementation timeline: End of 2026 into early 2027
• Multi-phase rollout
• Currently in Functional Testing phase
• Functional testing will run for approximately 5–6 weeks
• Followed by 1 month of End-to-End (E2E) Testing
• E2E testing will include Finance, Reconciliation, and downstream reporting teams
• Settlement and Treasury operations knowledge
• GSCC netting expertise
• Coordination and reporting responsibilities
• Review test cases and scenarios
• Ensure all scenarios are covered
• Identify potential settlement edge cases
• Coordinate across operations teams
• Provide updates to leadership
• Represent operations in project meetings
• This role will not primarily execute test trades
• They will review test case scenarios
• They will validate completeness of coverage
• May act as backup if required
• Will provide oversight and quality checks
• 60–70% of the role involves GSCC
• Monitoring GSCC dashboards
• Ensuring mapping and netting functionality works correctly
• Validating trade flows into GSCC
• GSCC and Broadridge are industry standards for fixed income
• Most US Treasury / fixed income professionals will have exposure
• Would be unusual for someone with GSCC experience not to know Broadridge
• Used for data analysis during testing phases
• Could help compare spreadsheets or reconcile results
• Not a decisive or mandatory skill
• Not a showstopper if missing
• Represent operations in front of senior leadership
• Coordinate across operations teams
• Organize UAT participation
• Manage staff training coordination
• Update procedures
• Provide operational overviews
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Be comfortable acting as a central facilitator
• GSCC netting experience
• Fixed income trade lifecycle knowledge
• Understanding of repo and cash trade flows
• Experience working through testing phases
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Project coordination experience
• UAT coordination exposure
• Python (nice to have)
• JIRA familiarity
• Deep hands-on testing execution
• Pure technical development skills
• A pure settlement processing role
• A pure technical data role
• Heavy GSCC oversight
