We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support conceptual and detailed engineering design work for Pulp & Paper Technology projects. The role requires strong process design expertise, cross-discipline collaboration, and hands-on support during construction and commissioning phases.
- Perform conceptual and detailed process engineering design for pulp and paper facilities.
- Apply industry best practices to solve complex process engineering challenges.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Support field construction activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site walk-downs.
- Conduct quality reviews of engineering designs prepared by others.
- Mentor junior engineers on process engineering principles and design standards.
- Assist with proposal development, project budgets, and schedule planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Paper Science.
- Minimum 5+ years of engineering design experience as a plant/facility engineer or consulting engineer.
- Strong knowledge of pulp and paper process systems.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 10+ years of engineering design experience.
- Experience supporting construction or commissioning activities.
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid role with occasional travel.
