Job Description

Position Title: Medical and Regulatory Affairs - Medical Scientist

Work Location: Princeton Pike (Lawrenceville, NJ)

Assignment Duration: 6 Months

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

Work Arrangement: 50% onsite

Position Summary:
This role serves as a strategic and operational portfolio partner supporting Worldwide Cell Therapy Medical Strategy. The position focuses on planning, execution, and governance of prioritized global cell therapy congresses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Cell therapy cross functional team to drive global cell therapy congress strategy and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Congress Excellence, Commercial, Competitive Intelligence, Professional Societies, and Patient Advocacy.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across portfolio workstreams.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and variance tracking in partnership with Medical and Finance leads.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across the global medical organization.
• Support leadership team meetings and pre- and post- congress deliverables.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced scientific or business degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MS, MBA) preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech medical affairs, portfolio strategy, or commercialization with exposure to cell therapy or specialty therapeutics.
• Strong project management skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
